Adding to your Shopping Basket
An item can be added to your shopping basket via our detailed Product Page which is found by clicking on the Products icon on the navigation bar. On the right hand side of the detailed product page there is a box labelled "add to basket", clicking on this button will add an item to your shopping basket.
Editing/Deleting items in your Shopping Basket
Items can be edited in your Shopping Basket by either changing the quantity in the quantity box or alternatively by clicking on the "blue cross" to delete an item.
Checkout
The secure checkout can be accessed in 2 ways:
1. Clicking on the My Basket icon in the navigation bar,
2. Following your order through the detailed product page.
Finding your Product
To find your product simply click on the Products icon on the navigation bar.

Swan & Sparrow delivers to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Dubai, France, Germany, Holland, Iceland, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Postage & Delivery Times
Australia: Standard Australia Post (1-6days) OR Express Australia Post (1-3days)
Overseas: Express Air Mail (1-2weeks) OR Sea Mail (1-4weeks dependent on country)
Receiving Orders
Swan & Sparrow will notify you via email once your order has been received and payment processed.
Orders that do not arrive

Gift Wrapping

No matter the occasion, Swan & Sparrow offers a beautiful gift wrapping service with gorgeous paper, ribbon and small gift tags.
Selecting Gift Wrap
The Gift Wrapping Service can be added to your order by clicking on the icon labelled “gift wrapping” in Stage 1 of Checkout.
Delivering your Gift
Swan & Sparrow can send your present directly to your special friend. All you need to do is fill in their delivery details in Checkout. Your receipt will be sent to the billing address.
Gift Card Messages
For all gift card messages, please email us at enquiries@swanandsparrow.com with your name and order number.
Pricing & Billing
Payment Choices
Swan & Sparrow currently accepts Bank Transfer. From February 2010 we will also accept all major Credit Cards. At the secure checkout you can choose your preferred payment.
Payment Processing
Your payment is securely processed just prior to your products being dispatched.
Receipt/Invoice
A receipt will be included with your purchase. If you do not receive your receipt please fill out the "Contact Form" found on the Contact Page or email us on enquiries@swanandsparrow.com and we will send you a copy.
Shipping Costs
Shipping Costs can be checked in the Checkout. An itemised invoice is shown in Step 3 "Confirmation" of the Checkout, if you would like to change your shipping cost return to step 1 "Your Details" of the Checkout.
